US Orders

All of our orders ship from within the United States.

  • All US Orders: Free shipping (items under $10 excluded)
  • Orders over $125: Free priority shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail: From $10 (est. 2–3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: From $33 (est. 1–2 business days)
  • UPS Ground: Rates shown at checkout (est. 1–5 business days)
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Rates shown at checkout (est. 3 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Rates shown at checkout (est. 2 business days)

USPS Priority Mail is free on orders over $125 and is applied automatically.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; the carrier may sometimes take longer.

Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery.

International Orders

  • Canadian orders over $125: Free shipping
  • International orders $250: Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on Canadian orders over $125 USD and on international orders over $250 USD, and it's applied automatically at checkout! For orders below the free shipping amount, the cost depends on your location.

We ship with USPS First Class International, which takes 7 to 21 business days. Transit times depend on the destination and will be longer if the package is held in customs. Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service handles the delivery, and you can usually keep tracking it on their website - for example, in the United Kingdom that's Royal Mail.

Customs/Duty Fees: We offer one shipping option that lets you prepay duties/taxes - it's labeled "Duties and Taxes included". With any other option, you may need to pay customs fees separately. Most packages arrive without any charges, though some may be charged. Please keep in mind that we have no control over how your country applies duties, and we are not responsible for paying customs taxes on international orders.

Production time: Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. If you need your piece by a certain date, please reach out first so we can make sure it arrives in time.

Order Changes & Cancellations: To change or cancel an order, you must let us know within 24 hours of placing it; after that we may not be able to cancel, since it may already be in production.

Lost Packages: If an order shows as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, the buyer is responsible for contacting USPS to locate the package.

Once a package leaves our studio, it's out of our hands. Simpleanddainty is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
