Returns & Exchanges
We work hard to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible, which is why we share detailed information about every jewelry piece to help prevent returns & exchanges. Please help us lower our carbon footprint by measuring the jewelry you're interested in before buying, so you know exactly how it will fit. Every product page includes photos, (some) videos, and the jewelry's dimensions. You can also take a look at our handy Jewelry Sizing Guide!
This means less shipping and a smaller environmental impact from returns and exchanges. Thanks for helping us do our part to care for the planet!

Return Options
US Orders: Ship your jewelry back within 30 days of your order with a pre-paid label. Returns are free when you select store credit, and you'll also get an extra $5 credit per order. You may instead choose a refund to your original payment method and receive a pre-paid shipping label for $8 (taken out of the refund), or send it back using your own shipping method.
International Orders: Ship your jewelry back within 30 days of your order with a pre-paid label. You can pick store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Whenever possible, we suggest using your local postal service, since some courier companies may add brokerage fees. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges that come up during the return process.
When sending your package back, please declare it as "Returned Merchandise" and list the original country of origin, if applicable.
To be accepted, your returned jewelry must meet all of the following criteria:
- Jewelry must be unworn, with no visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
- All of the original packaging must be included.
- Personalized jewelry and final sale items cannot be returned.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of starting your return and no later than the close of our 30-day return window. Once we receive it, a return is usually processed within 1–2 weeks, and you'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's done. Exchange Options
Exchanges are free when you swap for the same item in a different color or size. If you'd like a different item instead, simply choose store credit. Returning your item for store credit costs nothing!

Fair Use Policy
We want our return policy to stay fair and accessible for every customer. To make that possible, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, decline, or reject returns or restrict return privileges whenever we notice activity that seems inconsistent with the purpose of our return policy, including but not limited to:
• An unusual or excessive history of returns.
• A pattern of repeated purchases followed by returns that goes beyond the intended use of our return policy.
• Returned items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or misuse, or missing components or original packaging when required.
• Creating or using multiple customer accounts to get around our policies or promotions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or other activity that breaks our Return Policy.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our return policy while making sure we can keep offering a fair experience to all customers. It does not apply to returns of defective, incorrect, or damaged items that qualify under our warranty or return guidelines.
